Cancellation & Modification Policy

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us on [email protected] and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

We currently ship Worldwide.

Processing 

Orders begin process when the payment is accepted.

Currently my production time is about 3-10 business days.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. You must be able to see this information at checkout, although the delivery time is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed, once a package gets shipped, delays are out of my control.

Shipping information is filled by the costumer and processed automatically, I am not responsible for anything that could be interfering with you package delivery such as wrong address, missing apt number, unsuccessful deliveries due to gate codes, returning to sender due to ___, etc). 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, taxes, etc.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 Taxes

  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return policy

Every set is custom and made to order, product returns are only accepted in the following circumstances during 30 days after the product is received. 

  • Item received is damaged/ broken without package damage.
  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization.

The following reasons are not covered by our refund policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  • Damage from shipping due to misuse of the shipping company.
  • Request for a refund/ replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  • Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  • Slight color variations due to monitor settings are not considered defects.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
  • Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
